Mussie has been with UPS since 2000 and is familiar with many areas of the business. He has been involved in the works council since 2008 and is committed to representing the interests of all his colleagues. As a long-standing member of the works council, his goal is to further develop the business and advance the company in the long term. Respect, equality, tolerance and freedom of expression are central to his approach.

Ralf has been with UPS since 2000 and has first-hand knowledge of the company's operations for many years. He worked in the container depot for 21 years, where he gained valuable experience. Today, he works in the Noread division and continues to contribute his knowledge on a daily basis. Fairness, solidarity and respectful interaction within the company are particularly important to him.
Rachid Mscouhi
Delivery centre
Having been with UPS since 2001, Rachid is familiar with many areas of day-to-day work, including unloading, Irregs, Smallsort and Noread. He has also worked as a team leader, trainer and later as a supervisor. He has been a parcel delivery driver since 2011 and is well aware of the daily challenges. His goal is to promote fairness, respect and a strong community within the company.

Amar has been with UPS for around eight years. He gained experience working the twilight and midnight shifts and knows what everyday working life is like from different perspectives. Today, he works in the Human Resources department, where he supports the team in various areas of responsibility. Respect, diversity and fair treatment in the workplace are particularly important to him.

Moke has been with UPS at the Frankfurt HUB since 2010 and currently works as a PT supervisor on the midnight shift. He started as a loader and unloader, later becoming a team leader in outbound. With his many years of experience in operations, he stands for fairness, clear communication and strong representation of all colleagues.

Lula has been with UPS since 2018 and works in the Preload department. She is familiar with the operational processes and brings dedication and reliability to her work every day. Respectful treatment, fairness and good teamwork are particularly important to her.

Sakip has been with UPS since 2002 and has been familiar with the company's operations for many years. He works in dispatch, where he ensures that everything runs smoothly and on time every day. With his experience, he is committed to fairness, clear structures and good teamwork. It is important to him that information is communicated clearly and that all colleagues have equal opportunities.
Matin Ghasemi Baghi
Twilight
Matin has been with UPS since March 2021. She started in Small Sort and later took on tasks in cube and SEAS analysis and simulation. After completing her dangerous goods training, she worked as an ADR checker and also handled Dell customer shipments. Since last year, she has been working as a dangerous goods officer and is currently familiarising herself with SCADA, focusing on flow control.
Felix Müller
Feeder
Felix Müller has been with UPS since 2001. After starting as a marshaller, he has been working as a feeder since 2010 and knows the requirements on the route and in the process very well. As a master motor transport technician certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, he brings expertise and responsibility to everyday work. His goal is fair balance in the company: equal pay for equal work and safe working conditions for all colleagues.
Medhanie Semere Ogbit

Medhanie has been with UPS since 2017. He started as a loader and unloader and has first-hand knowledge of day-to-day operational processes. He later took on training responsibilities and supports employees during induction to ensure that new employees get off to a safe start. Today, he works as a team leader and ensures structure, clear processes and good teamwork. It is important to him that everyone receives the support they need to do a good job.
Hares Arezomand

Hares has been with UPS since 17 February 2015. He started in Sorting 7, worked as a trainer for around two years after signing his permanent contract, and worked as a team leader until September 2024. He then worked in the import and export department until December 2025, where he also gained knowledge of customs-related processes. He currently works in the Irregs department and provides support in special cases. Respectful teamwork is particularly important to Hares.

Corenliu started in the Twilight division in 2014, where he gained valuable experience in operational processes. He then moved to delivery and has worked as a delivery driver ever since. With his many years of experience, he knows the daily procedures inside and out and ensures reliable deliveries. His dedication and dependability make him an integral part of the team.

What are WTMS and STMS?
Digital time recording for arrivals, departures and breaks. Fewer errors, clear overview, access to your own times.
Can I vote during working hours?
Yes. You are exempt from work without loss of pay for the election. The location and times are specified in the election notice.
I am ill or on duty on election day. How can I vote?
By postal vote. Request the documents early or contact the electoral committee.
Who is eligible to vote?
All employees working at the company are eligible to vote. The prerequisite is that they are or were in an employment relationship on the day of the election. This also includes part-time workers, mini-jobbers and trainees.
Is my vote secret?
Yes. Voting is free and secret. No one can see who you vote for.
What documents do I need on election day?
Please bring either your UPS ID card or your identity card. Either one is sufficient.
Can I contact you anonymously?
Yes. You can use the contact form without providing your name or contact us anonymously by email. If you wish to use the contact form anonymously, please provide a way for us to respond (e.g. an anonymous email address), otherwise we will not be able to get back to you.
